Areca Valley's main challenge was to overcome a perception barrier: its distance from the largest cities in the Bajío region. Just 7 minutes from Puerto Interior, the logistics hub of Latin America, we needed to transform the concept of "being far away" into having "everything within easy reach."
Through market research, we identified a growing demand for proximity to employment and investment in rapidly expanding areas. We designed a positioning strategy centered on the concept of a comprehensive ecosystem: a residential community with several clusters, apartment buildings, commercial areas, sports facilities, and a top-tier clubhouse.
We complemented this strategy with a conversion-optimized website and a social media narrative that highlights the project's consistent appreciation and the lifestyle it facilitates. The result was the consolidation of Areca Valley as a leading residential destination for executives in the Bajío industrial corridor.
