The challenge with The Urban Body in León, Guanajuato, was to break with the traditional fitness studio narrative based on aesthetic pressure. Our strategy focused on positioning the brand not just as a gym, but as a space where well-being doesn't have a single form.
We developed a brand identity and communication strategy that prioritizes emotional connection and a sense of belonging under the concept of "Urban Girls." Through dynamic social media management and content creation—showcasing disciplines like Burn Pilates, Barre, and Sculpt from a real and entertaining perspective—we transformed the perception of exercise into an experience of mutual support. The result is a brand with a solid positioning, capable of inspiring a community of women who seek their well-being while cultivating their confidence in an environment of sisterhood.
